We require a $30 refundable deposit per team to secure your presentation spot. This deposit covers the poster board rental and moving fee and will be fully refunded after at least one member completes the preliminary competition on February 13th. Once your application is approved, we will send you an email with instructions on how to make the refundable deposit payment. The deadline to pay the deposit is February 7th to secure your spot.
